Why this calculator exists.

This calculator is a companion to Wellness at Work — M. Andrew McConnell's second book, forthcoming from Matt Holt Books / BenBella in Fall 2027. It condenses Chapter 5 (the cost of unhealthy work) into a tool any leader can use in 3 minutes.
